If a refund is needed customer must make contact by the contact form found on the tool bar above. Postage for a return must be paid by the buyer, but will be compensated back to them in full in the form of a refund.

There will be no choice of exchange, and all refunds will only be valid if the item is clear from damage, includes tags and has a relevant proof of purchase. All refunds will be sent in the form of a cheque or paypal in 2-3 working days. Customers personal details will be covered under data protection and will not be sent to any third party companies, under any circumstances.
